Unpopular Opinion - LADIES - if you are overweight, have sleep disturbances, bloating, high stress, low energy, thinning hair, or low immunity - the absolute WORST thing you can do to "lose weight" is to start crossfit, HIIT, or running.


You already have a stress related hormonal imbalance. This type of exercise will further raise and unbalance your stress hormones - making it even harder to lose body fat.


What tends to happen when this type of person joins this type of exercise program = they feel good at first, (endorphins) but they eventually find that their sleep gets worse, they start to injure themselves, and weight-loss becomes impossible.


So how do you get info fat-burning if you have the above symptoms?


The first thing you need to do is to get into a deep sleep, and naturally lower stress hormones. I wrote a post about this a few days ago, scroll down to read.


You won't be able to lose body fat until you are sleeping, and your body gets out of fight-or-flight mode.


You want to rebuild your metabolism, cut out inflammatories, focus on gut and liver health.

Your eating plan should consist of: meat, eggs, coconut oil, butter, cheese, milk, cream, bone broth, gelatin, fruit, root vegetables, greek yoghurt, fish, salt & honey.

The best exercises for weight loss if you have the above symptoms:


  • Walking on the flat

  • Stretching

  • Gentle yoga, pilates, swimming

  • Gentle weights

  • Dancing

  • The main thing is to focus on stress reduction, sleep, and a metabolism supportive eating plan
