Rain or shine - I walk every day
Why?
Because walking calms my nervous system & lowers stress hormones, which naturally relieves my anxiety.
Walking eases my back & shoulder pain.
Walking helps me sleep easier & deeper.
Walking allows me some head-space time - all of my business insights come to me when I'm walking
Walking helps my lungs, and improves my asthmatic tendencies.
Walking improves my mood!!
Walking strengthens the muscles in my feet, ankles and legs, meaning I am less likely to injure myself or fall.
Walking makes me FEEL GOOD, and I am blessed to do it every day
