Rain or shine - I walk every day


Why?


  • Because walking calms my nervous system & lowers stress hormones, which naturally relieves my anxiety.

  •  Walking eases my back & shoulder pain.

  •  Walking helps me sleep easier & deeper.

  •  Walking allows me some head-space time - all of my business insights come to me when I'm walking 

  •  Walking helps my lungs, and improves my asthmatic tendencies.

  •  Walking improves my mood!!

  •  Walking strengthens the muscles in my feet, ankles and legs, meaning I am less likely to injure myself or fall.

  • Walking makes me FEEL GOOD, and I am blessed to do it every day
