Hormones are the chemical messengers that are released from the glands of the endocrine system - these chemical messengers carry information about mood, metabolism, blood sugar regulation, sleep/wake cycle, & sexual function.
An example of this occurring in the body is when you consume carbohydrates - your Pancreas (gland of the endocrine system) releases a hormone called Insulin to control the amount of sugar in your bloodstream (this is also called a 'fat-storage' hormone)
When hormones are not at optimal levels - this can lead to low energy, sluggish metabolism, skin issues and anxiety & depression. Our aim is to return your Hormone levels to homeostasis to improve your energy levels, metabolism, and mood.

1: Remove triggers that damage and confuse Hormones: Some of the biggest triggers that are causing our hormones to go haywire are carbohydrates, alcohol and hormone disruptors in your Personal Care products. If you have any of the above symptoms that lead you to believe you have unbalanced hormones - removing alcohol, carbohydrates, and products with Sodium Lauryl Sulphate & Parabens will make a huge difference in your overall health, and your ability to work towards healing your endocrine system and hormone levels. Why? Alcohol damages the liver, adrenals, thyroid, pituitary glands, and causes stress to the brain and nervous system. Carbohydrates cause the release of fat-storage hormones, and overload the pancreas & adrenals. Sodium Lauryl Sulphate and Parabens are responsible for doing things such as raising estrogen in men, and testosterone in women.
2: Heal the Endocrine Glands:
One of the best ways to return your hormone levels to homeostasis is to heal the glands that produce and release them.
The endocrine system consists of the following glands: Pituitary, Hypothalamus, Pineal, Thyroid, Adrenal, Pancreas & Ovaries/Testes.
One of the best strategies I have found to heal the Endocrine Glands as a whole (as opposed to working on them one by one, which seems to be the normal approach) is the Ketogenic Eating Plan combined with Intermittent Fasting. This strategy is extremely powerful in returning ALL of the glands and hormone levels to homeostasis.
That is why people who follow this eating plan report an improved mood, higher metabolism & energy levels all within a few weeks of commencing. And after 8 - 10 weeks of adopting, their entire health has been turned around.
Unfortunately most people who try Keto + Fasting will do it wrong and 'fail'. 3: Introduce Full Spectrum Oil:
Full Spectrum Oil nourishes the glands of the endocrine system. Cannabinoid receptors are found in all endocrine glands at high levels. This means that once you have removed the damaging triggers, and optimised your eating plan to support your hormones - the greatest boost your hormones will get is from upregulating the cannabinoid receptors found within them.
